The $40M problem: how do you design credit disbursement across multiple stakeholders with different trust levels, different data literacy, and no room for error? This is how I solved it.

Farmers don't fail because they lack information. They fail because the information arrives in the wrong form. We redesigned the decision layer, achieving 92% usability success and a 60% reduction in planning time.
